 I plan weddings, anniversaries, showers, graduation parties, holiday parties and any event you want to celebrate.  I also make custom invitations, favors, centerpieces, and unity candles.

Packages and More

  The Final Days Package  

This is for the couple who have done most of the planning but need some help bringing their event all together     

•   1-2 weeks before your wedding we will meet and review all the plans you have made.
•    Unlimited phone calls/emails
•    Confirm dates and time lines with all vendors
•    Create and provide wedding day schedule
•    Coordinate / oversee rehearsal with musicians, officiate, wedding party & family members
•    Oversee vendor setup
•    Coordinate & oversee venue set up and take down
•    Coach ushers, bridal party, book attendant, etc.
•    Coordinate cake cutting, bouquet toss & other milestones
•     Staff member on site entire day of even

              Starting Cost- $500.00 (No supplies included)

The Partial Event Package

This is for the couple who may have planned their venue and the vendors but want help with decor/design and implementation

•    All Services provided in the final days package plus:
•    Initial meeting to understand your style
•    Budget and time line checklist provided and updated monthly
•    Vendor referrals and meetings set up
•    Coordination with design elements
•    Assistance with wedding etiquette
•    Assistance with centerpieces and favors
•    Wedding Day emergency kit 

             Starting Cost - $1000.00 (No supplies included)

The Complete Package

This package is for the couple who want to help from the beginning of planning up to the wedding day

•   Assist in planning of one Bridal Shower or Bachelor/Bachelorette party
•   All services provided in the Final Days Package & the Partial Events packages plus:
•    Initial meeting to develop your style and budget
•    Referral and attend vendor meetings to review contracts
•    Assistance with invitations, save the date cards, table cards, etc.
•    Track RSVP's and coordinate seating chart
•    Research hotel accommodations/negotiate room blocks

             Starting Cost - $1500.00 (No supplies included)

Hourly Rate

These services are available in addition to any package or just alone for $20.00 per hour

•   Invitation addressing/mailing
•    Favor/Centerpiece design and assembly
•    Floral packages

•    Create a personalized budget
